(1) For the purposes of section 15 of the Act, there will be a Compensation Determination Committee chaired by the Chief District Officer of the concerned district and consisting of representatives of the District Water Supply Office and the District Irrigation Office.
(2) The committee according to sub-rule (1) shall determine the compensation to the owner of the respective land after assessing the actual damages.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the compensation determined by the compensation determination committee shall be acceptable to both parties.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), the amount of compensation determined by the compensation determination committee shall be paid by the licensee to the concerned person within thirty days.
